these are so different than roasted ones but it makes me feel good to know that I am eating all the nutrients. I also add pieces to my salads now.

I have tried raw nori sheets before but never this great fresh quality. You can always tell when nori is raw because it isn't crispy like the roasted ones. These nori sheets are nice and fresh and taste lovely. I also cut them up and sprinkle them on my salads.

Raw nori sheets are so much tastier than the roasted crispy ones. I like to cut them up in little strips and put them in my soups and over my salads. I can't say enough about the quality of these sheets and much I love them!
