Turmeric Tea - Bring four cups of water to a boil. Add one teaspoon of ground turmeric, 1 tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the tea through a fine sieve into a cup or thermos. Add honey and/or lemon to taste and your favorite milk substitute if you prefer a creamier tea.
