Nama Shoyu has been called the champagne of soy sauces. Ohsawa soy sauce is 100% organic raw and unpasteurized. In Japan "Nama" means raw or unpasteurized. Nama Shoyu has a rich, full-bodied flavour of an exquisitely delicate bouquet, plus healthful living enzymes and beneficial organisms like lactobacillus.
