All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. We do our best to get orders out the same day. If we receive an order before 2:00pm it usually goes out that same day.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited parcel serivce. This is a 1-5 business day guarantee. We are located in Ontario and therefore if you live in Ontario your order should arrive between 1-2 business days of shipment. If you live in the Eastern or Western provinces it will take 3-5 business days.
US orders are also shipped via Canada Post Expedited however we are not responsible for any extra taxes or fees charged to bring the product into the country.
We currently do not ship oversees.
Free shipping is offered to Canadian customers only on orders above $100.
