These tasty 25 g, nutrient-dense snacks are surprisingly satisfying for their size! The perfect healthy snack to get you through in-between meal tough times. I always have a few in my purse and in my car that I grab when I am on the go!
These delicious snacks were developed by a Toronto, Ontario nutritionist as an excellent healthy option to the high caloric large energy bars already out there.
The bars are raw, and mostly vegan (a few of them contain honey) and they only have 100 calories per bar. The bars are all dairy and soy free.
